PBA or Multifamily Properties Manager
The Denver Housing Authority seeks an experienced residential property manager to handle day-to-day administration, management and operations of assigned residential property or properties.
Must have a degree in business, public administration, or management, a minimum of three years of experience managing residential properties, including demonstrated knowledge of residential real estate management, and a professional designation in the field of Real Property Management is required. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the implementation of HUD Handbook 4350.3 Project Based Section 8, HUD Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), Physical Inspection Protocol and IREM.
Must have valid CO driver’s license and current motor vehicle record from DMV that meets DHA minimum driving requirements. Competitive salary with excellent benefits.
