Mr. Archibald brings expertise in housing development and financing to the DHA Board with professional experience as the former Chief Executive Officer of Urban Peak, Inc., Principal of New City Lofts, LLC, Project Manager at Urban Neighborhoods, Inc., and his former position of Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. He holds a Masters in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Organization and Management, a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.
Mr. Archibald also serves on the board of Parent Pathways and has been active in several other community and nonprofit organizations.
