The Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (DHA) operates under a collection of specific policies and procedures. The policies and procedures listed below are the most frequently requested; however, this is not intended to be a complete list of all DHA policies and procedures.

These policies and procedures are provided for informational purposes only. DHA reserves the right to modify or replace a posted policy or procedure at any time without notice. As a result, the policy or procedure that is posted may not be the actual policy or procedure currently in effect. In every instance, DHA will apply/enforce the policy or procedure that is currently in effect.
