1.  How to do business with DHA?

Register on E-Procurement at www.denverhousing.org/procurement

2.  How do we get status of a solicitation?

Solicitation status is updated through E-Procurement.

3.  How can I get my E-Procurement password and/or log-in if I forgot it?

Click forgot password on the log-in screen. Your log-in is the email address you registered with. 

 4.  I did not receive my password by email or fax.

Check your Spam or Junk mail folders within your email client.

 5.  Do you have a list of Section 3 Businesses?

For a list of qualified Section 3 Business Concerns, please complete a vendor search on the eProcurement website at www.denverhousing.org/procurement, search the National HUD Section 3 Business Database at www.hud.gov/sec3biz and/or request from procurement@denverhousing.org.

6.  Who do I contact if I have a problem logging into E-Procurement?

 Email procurement@denverhousing.org to request.

7.  I have questions about a solicitation.
