Businesses wishing to be added to the Denver Housing Authority Vendor List Database or to make changes or deletions to their existing information in the Vendor’s Database should complete and submit a Vendor Qualification (VQ) form.  The IRS Form W9 must accompany the Vendor Qualification Form.

After placement on the Bidder’s List, your failure to respond to three consecutive solicitations, (unless you respond that you are not making a quotation at this time, but wish to remain in our Vendor Database for that particular commodity or service) may result in your business being removed from our Vendor’s Database.
