As part of the Curtis Park HOPE VI Redevelopment, this 24-unit apartment building helps break the mold of the mixed-income design approach. Fitting in with the warehouse district in which it resides, DHA extended one more diverse housing option for the low-income tenant in an exciting neighborhood of high-end loft conversions.  (Pictured to the right)
