Phase IV of the Curtis Park Redevelopment will be 133 new construction for sale units and 94 DHA 2nd mortgage units for a total of 227 for sale units.

After all redevelopment is completed in the Historic Curtis Park Neighborhood, there will be a total of   550 rental and for sale units. The Five Points neighborhood had undergone transition and is returning to its roots. The properties acquired for development are within walking distance or a short light rail ride to the excitement of Downtown Denver, Lower Downtown, or sports and entertainment venues such as Coor's Field, the Pepsi Center, Six Flags Elitch Gardens, and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
