With many completed projects such as Glenarm Place, Blake Street Flats and Trimble Place, the Curtis Park historic neighborhood has brought the neighborhood from one of the most crime ridden neighborhoods    in all the public housing sites to a beautiful community complete with 135 public housing units, 99 affordable housing units and 94 market rate units. Along with these units, a new off-site community center and gymnasium were built as non-residential/civic use.
