In early 2006, the full rehabilitation of Thomas Bean Towers was completed along with a community center to provide services to the community and residents of the Park Avenue Redevelopment. Bean Towers is a high rise for senior and disabled residents offering 189 updated units with a new parking garage and many amenities such as the state-of-the-art computer lab. (Pictured to the left)

On August 14, 2006 an open house was held at the Thomas Bean Towers to recognize the Park Avenue Redevelopment plan. With Mayor John Hickenlooper, Councilwoman Elbra Wedgeworth and many more in attendance, this event was a celebration of the upcoming Five-points neighborhood. (Pictured below)
