Block 3 was the third phase in the overall development activities at the HOPE VI site. This phase consists of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom stacked flats, townhomes and apartments, commercial space on the ground level and a Denver Bike Share station (www.denverbikesharing.org )
This portion of the project features 93 mixed income units spread over four buildings.
