Status of All Housing Programs

Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH)

The Public Housing Program provides low-rent units for low income families and individuals.

Section 8 Housing

This program allows very low-income families to choose and lease privately-owned rental housing.

Multifamily Housing Program

The Multifamily Housing Program provides low-rent units for low income families and individuals.

Affordable Housing

Our Affordable Housing units are owned or operated by DHA, and include townhouses, single family units and high-rises.
