Based on the LIHTC program for Thomas Bean Towers, LP, 130 units are set aside for individuals or couples meeting the 40% area median income.  Thirty (30) additional units are set aside for individuals or couples meeting the 50% area median income.  Twenty-eight (28) additional units are set aside for individuals or couples meeting the 60% area median income.
