Section 8 Landlord Information
· The landlord may request one rent increase every 12 months, at the end of the initial lease term for each individual unit.
· The landlord must give DHA and the family sixty (60) days written notice of the proposed rent increase request.
· Each rent increase request must meet Rent Reasonableness in order to be approved.
· The family has the option to move rather than accept the new rental amount.
