Interested applicants may apply on-line Here

Once your name comes to the top of the list you will be notified by letter to pick up a packet of forms that need to be completed. This may take 6-12 months.

Once you complete the packet, an interview date and time will be scheduled. At the interview, all documents will be reviewed and a credit and criminal background check will be processed.

Once approved, your name will be put on a waiting list.  As vacancies become available names are taken from the waiting list.

The rent is based on  affordable fair market amounts for studio and one bedroom sizes.
