The Barney Ford Apartments, for senior only residents, consists of 81 units, featuring a mix of studio, one-bedroom and handicapped accessible units. The staff includes an on-site management offce, a maintenance technician, a Resident Services Coordinator as well as a Resident Caretaker.

Tenants have access to an on-site laundry room, a game room with a pool table, television and a library. The community room features an attached sun-room that opens to a large outdoor patio. Residents maintain a community garden with three raised bed gardens (donated by Denver Urban Gardens) and four conventional garden spaces. Residents are active in the Local Resident Council (LRC), and have access to commodities via the Food Bank of the Rockies.
