Planning is essential to managing the procurement function properly. Attached is the current Denver Housing Authority Procurement Plan. Please be advised that this is a fluid document and is updated as needed as DHA’s plans change and/or solicitations are issued.
Vendorship & Procurement
Vendor registration is FREE; however, vendors may elect to receive automatic e-mail notification of all open solicitations matching their vendor profile for an annual fee. If a vendor does not select the upgraded option, it will be the responsibility of the vendor to monitor the website regularly to be aware of business opportunities and review amendments to solicitations. Vendors who upgrade to receive email notifications will receive opportunities matching their business goods/services provided automatically. Vendors must register with BidNet to access and download DHA’s solicitation documents.
DHA will start posting solicitations on BidNet starting December 15, 2021. All solicitations posted to the DHA eProcurement website (https://www.denverhousing.org/procurement) prior to this date will be available on the site until awarded. In addition, upcoming business opportunities will still be posted on the DHA website for review and will be updated as needed.
DHA will not be held responsible for miscommunication received from private plan holders. Please use the BidNet site to obtain solicitation information. DHA shall not be bound by and the Offeror shall not request or rely on any oral interpretation or clarification of solicitations. All communications regarding solicitations shall only be through the staff listed on the solicitation cover page. No communication is to be directed to any other DHA personnel.
