Joshua Crawley, DHA Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, Appointed Interim CEO
DENVER, CO – The Denver Housing Authority (DHA) today announced that its Board of Commissioners has accepted the resignation of David Nisivoccia as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 18, 2023. The Board has appointed Joshua Crawley, DHA Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel as interim CEO effective upon Mr. Nisivoccia’s resignation effective August 19, 2023. The board will begin a search for a permanent CEO shortly.
“It has been a great honor to work with our board, staff, partners, and the greater Denver community in my role as CEO over the past two years,” said David Nisivoccia. “The work DHA does is important. I will cherish the human connections I made. In the end, all that matters is how we treat our fellow human beings. I wish DHA success as they continue to grow into the future.”
Grace Buckley, Board Chair states, “We cannot thank David enough for his service, and many contributions to the organization. He will be missed by the Board, staff, the families DHA serves, and the broader community. We wish him the very best in his next chapter.”
