In-Person CHFA First Time Homebuyers Education Workshop

Denver Housing Authority (DHA) as a HUD-Approved Counseling Agency, offers a Homeownership Program to provide educational and financial benefits to its participants.

This program provides home ownership and financial assessments to determine what barriers a person faces on their journey to purchase a home and is designed to educate individuals on becoming “loan ready”. Through this process we help establish goals a participant needs to meet before they are ready to apply for a mortgage loan and buy their home. With the assistance of the Homeownership Program, over 200 DHA residents have become homeowners. Your participation in these homebuyer classes does not commit you to work with a DHA housing counseling agency, lender, realtor, or mortgage product. 

You MUST Register in order to attend and receive credit.
