DESCRIPTION:Mulroy Opportunity Center3550 W. 13th Ave. Denver\, CO 80204 \n					\n									Register Today\n					 \n\n	In-Person CHFA First Time Homebuyers Education Workshop\n			August 5\n	  at\n10:00 am\n	  –\n4:00 pm \nDenver Housing Authority (DHA) as a HUD-Approved Counseling Agency\, offers a Homeownership Program to provide educational and financial benefits to its participants. \nThis program provides home ownership and financial assessments to determine what barriers a person faces on their journey to purchase a home and is designed to educate individuals on becoming “loan ready”. Through this process we help establish goals a participant needs to meet before they are ready to apply for a mortgage loan and buy their home.
