Ross Surveys

For sites with a Service Coordinator, you will be receiving a survey this
spring, asking some basic questions about your day-to-day needs. While
these surveys are optional, they are very important because your responses
will help us as we reapply for the grants that fund your Service Coordinator program.

Housing Management Updates

Non-Smoking Policy
Reminder ALL DHA properties are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in your unit or in common areas. Smoking shelters have been provided at many properties as a designated place for tenants to smoke. Warning notices will be issued if tenants continue to smoke in their units. Tenants will lose their housing if they continue to smoke in their unit.

Staff
HMD is continuing to fill vacant positions. All properties have a Residential Property Manager. Maintenance positions continue to get filled but there are still several vacant maintenance positions. HMD appreciates your patience and understanding during this time.

Repairs
Please report repairs to the management office immediately. Repairs can’t be done if staff is not made aware.

Safety
Please do not let people in who are not your visitors. Tenants must help to prevent the entry of unwanted guests in the buildings. Please report to management if homeless are congregating in front of the building entrance or following tenants in the building. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Housekeeping Inspections
Housekeeping inspections continue throughout the year. Please make sure you are prepared for your inspections. Report repairs if needed prior to your scheduled inspection.

PocketGov
Please report complaints about homeless issues, street/sidewalk repairs, or neighborhood issues to PocketGov. The City will respond and address issues when reported.
