Housing Management Updates

Quality Control Checks
To improve the work order request process, HMD is implementing Quality Control Checks. Staff will contact residents to confirm the work order request was completed and repaired. Staff will also ask if the repair was completed in a timely manner and if the residents has any recommendations. Getting resident feedback helps staff to make improvements.

Rent Payments
Rent is due on the first day of each month and late after the fifth business day. It has been reported the US Postal service has been slow and monthly rent payments are taking longer to get to the lockbox designation. DHA suggests residents consider signing up for the ACH option which will automatically deduct your rent payment from your bank account each month. If you are interested in signing up for ACH withdrawal, please see your manager and complete the form. You can stop or start the ACH withdrawal process anytime

Criminal Activity Tracker (CAT) Hotline
Please report repairs to the management office immediately. Repairs can’t be done if staff is not made aware.

Trash
Please make sure your trash is bagged and tied before putting in the trash dumpster or
throwing down the trash chute. Please make sure to dispose your trash properly.
