Janet Caldwell currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Denver Housing Authority. She joined the Human Resources Department in 1986. In her career at DHA, she has successfully served in various professional staff positions, including Residential Property Manager, where she managed a 200-unit senior/non-elderly disabled community.

Ms. Caldwell also served as relocation specialist within the Real Estate Division for major redevelopment and modernization of various multi-family properties, DHA high-rise property, traditional row-type family housing and newly purchased private market properties. In 1997, Ms. Caldwell returned to Human Resources as the Assistant Manager.

In 2004, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager, where she provides support and advice to managers and executive staff in areas such as recruitment and employment, training and development, labor relations, and benefits administration. ​
