Karen Spruce

Karen Spruce is currently the Director of Management Information Systems at DHA. She has worked for the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (DHA) for over 40 years.

Ms. Spruce is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Management Information Systems including protecting the integrity and security of the DHA’s data systems and making sure DHA is compliant all reporting requirements.  She is also responsible for driving the analysis and re-engineering of existing business processes, identifying and developing the capability to use new tools, and reshaping the DHA’s physical infrastructure and network systems.
