DENVER — The Denver Housing Authority this week completed the first of several anticipated deals to sell parts of the Sun Valley neighborhood to developers for the next phase of the area’s major revitalization project.
Public records show DHA sold a block of the neighborhood to Prospect LLC, a residential real estate developer in Denver, for $5.77 million. The block Prospect bought is located on Bryant Street and 9th Avenue across from Flo and Joli, two of the buildings DHA itself developed in the last two years.
