  • Pancratia Hall Lofts is an adaptive reuse conversion of the vacant classroom and dormitory building, located at the historic Loretto Heights campus in southwest Denver. Pancratia Hall is named after Mother Pancratia Bonfils, one of the key founders of Loretto Heights in the late 1800s. It was designed by master architect Harry W. J. Edbrooke in 1927 and was completed in 1930. Pancratia Hall is depicted in the map above, showing the campus roadway network currently under construction.
  • Pancratia Hall is now open for tenants (see waitlist status above regarding new applications), and interested parties may reach out to Denver Housing Authority. If the waitlist is closed, no new applicants will be accepted. The waitlist will be utilized to identify potential tenants going forward, including the required income verification process as all apartments will deed-restricted affordable and require tenants to earn no more than certain income levels based on household size.
