Support the Friends of DHA Wall of Fame Fundraiser

DENVER – Monday, March 11, 2024 – Denver Housing Authority (DHA) and the Friends of DHA announced today the organization is gearing up for the annual Wall of Fame fundraiser which will take place May 9, 2024, at Rag + Bale, 1401 Zuni Street.

“We are excited to host our annual Wall of Fame fundraiser, an event that holds immense significance for Friends of DHA,” said Annie Hancock, Executive Director of Friends of DHA. “It is a momentous occasion where we come together to celebrate the triumphs, resilience, and unwavering spirit of our residents, while also expressing our deepest gratitude to the partners and supporters who make our work possible. The average family living in DHA’s public housing earns less than $10,000 per year and more than half of the residents are children,” Hancock added. “Friends of DHA donations connect families to vital supportive services and life-changing programs helping residents and communities thrive.”

The Wall of Fame event honors the remarkable individuals and partners who champion their mission of fostering vibrant, inclusive communities. Additionally, guests will have the chance to connect with fellow advocates, learn about the organization’s initiatives, and explore ways to contribute.

The public and local business community is invited to become a sponsor and attend the event. Tickets cost $200 and sponsorship levels vary. To learn more about becoming a sponsor or attending, visit https://denverhousing.networkforgood.com/events/67605-2024-wall-of-fame
