Studebaker Lofts, originally built in 1889, is a 4-story (with basement) building in Denver’s Lower Downtown (LoDo) district. The site was comprised of two buildings, the former Studebaker Automobile manufacturing building and a seed company. These two historic buildings were joined together in 1995 to create 33 affordable family units for rent in a much-needed area of Downtown Denver. DHA redeveloped Studebaker lofts through a complete interior renovation and refresh package in xxx.  

This property is a part of the DHA Delivers for Denver (D3) bond program which is one partnership between DHA and the City of Denver to develop affordable housing quickly to meet the needs of the City. More information about the program can be found here.
