DENVER – Monday, February 12, 2024 – Registration is now open for the Denver Housing Authority’s (DHA) annual contracting open house which takes place online and at the PPA Event Center, 2105 Decatur St., Denver, 80211 from 8:45 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

“The need for affordable housing in Denver has never been greater and as DHA works to meet our goals, we seek quality, dependable partners to help us,” Interim Chief Executive Officer Joshua Crawley, said. “This is an opportunity for potential vendors to learn the basics of DHA contracting and get guidance for accessing professional services, supplies, and large and small housing maintenance opportunities. Participants will also hear about the current needs of prime contractors dedicated to large DHA building and modernization projects.” 

Business owners are encouraged to participate in morning virtual breakout sessions, and the afternoon in-person networking, where they can personally meet DHA senior leadership, buying staff, and general contractors. Vendors will receive the procurement schedule for 2024 and contracting opportunities.
