The Denver Housing Authority (DHA) announced that its 135-unit mixed-income apartment development in Sun Valley, Thrive Apartments, recently received the Community Impact Award from NAIOP Colorado. Held on Feb. 29, the 2023 Awards of Achievement celebrated the “Best of the Best” in Colorado’s real estate industry.

“We are thrilled to see DHA has been recognized for its dedication to creating vibrant and inclusive communities in Denver.” Joshua Crawley, interim chief executive officer said. “Our team works tirelessly to provide quality affordable housing for all, and this award is a true testament to the impact we are making.”
